Whew, its a big question. But as you are a FICO consultant, Let me tell you something about project management, testing, e-learning management functionality of SOLMAN.
You would have heared about ASAP methodology. SOLMAN has many such roadmaps as predefined content within it, which you can use to streamline the project management process. First you define scope, milestones, project members,the logical components on which the project is going to be carried out.
You can make use of the existing Business Process Repository and define your own business process in Solution Manager and document your processes.
Once you finish with business process definition and documenting, you proceed to configuring for the process that you have defined. This configuration is done in your R/3 or SCM or any of your systems but through Solution Manager. Solution Manager takes care that you don't go out of scope.
Once you have configured, you do testing for the nodes that you have defined as processes in business blueprint (An example can be Invoice Verification Process, tested and the results stored centrally)
Once your project implementation is done. You can upload your training material which can be used for e-learning, some simple configurations need to be done for this.
Still a lot of features there.
