Using default printer in citrix GUI

HI,

All the users access the GUI thru citrix. We have configured one printer (__default) which would pick up the default printer from the workstation.

We are only able to use this priinter configured if we are accessing a SAP GUI installed on our workstation.

If we we still want to use the default printer with citrix .....what needs to be done.

To be simple...

I have a network printer configured to my Desktop and I would like to print to it when I connect to Citrix/GUI using the Default printer (__default) , is this possible?

Hi,

I have created a system with Type G and __Default. This is working when the print is initaited from GUI and not working when initiated form citrix/Gui client.

We have solved the problem.

We have to create a rule on citrix server such that client printers are mapped to the citrix server.
