Hi Guys,

I am not able to open ESR and ID as there is some problem with Java application i guess.

When i try opening ESR a popup comes saying Unable to Launch Java Application.

Kindly help as i need to login to ESR and ID.

Install Java application software JRE 1.4.2 based upon your service pack and XI version.
