Unable to Launch Java Application

Hi Guys,

I am not able to open ESR and ID as there is some problem with Java application i guess.

When i try opening ESR a popup comes saying Unable to Launch Java Application.

Kindly help as i need to login to ESR and ID.

hi swetha,

Try to open your 'Config Tool' if it opens without any errors that means your Java connectivity is fine.

Goto PI main page -> Administratio -> Javau2122 Web Start Administration -> Re-initialization and Force signing. Then try again.

open JavaWebstart...

go to Run and type javaws and say ok...

Then Delete old ESR and ID applications in Java Webstart.

Try opening ESR and ID now, it will open...
