Two Different languages in smartforms or adobe forms at same time

I have to print a from with two language English and Arabic with dynamic data in single execution.

The Original Language and Translations are a concept shared by all SAP objects. I don't get your question.

Please check the screenshot of the format of the forms I have attached. I need to print the forms in two languages like English and Arabic.

For example

Customer Name : ABCD ا ب ت ث كوستمر نيم

Many More columns with their value in header and item level.

Please help how we can achieve this.
