Tutorial / Not able to find 'Define the API' menu path

I'm going through the 'Expose Integration Flow Endpoint as API and Test the Flow' tutorial and everything has aligned thus far. 🙂

However I'm now at Step 2: Define the API. I'm unable to find the below menu path to create the API.

1. Choose Design > APIs > Create to create an API.

Hi, this is quite old but today I faced the same issue.

I figured out, that in BTP I needed to add the role collection APIManagement.Selfservice.Administrator to my user. After that the missing activity was present in Integration suite (and after reloading).
