travel workflow problem

Hi to all ..

I have a weird problem in my workflow of travel management .

Problem is that whenever a user sends a travel request it is not going to its intended destination as it should.

It is going to the second boss of that person(as i had applied a deadline scenario for which if a first boss do not accept the trip than it will go to 2nd boss for approval ).As I see the workflow log it shows my first activity of getting boss has become obsolete with no agent and now the workflow is triggering the request to second boss immediately.

I have even checked the workflow it is showing no error no warning .

Even i have checked the sourcecode of finding boss it is behaving normally .

So what is the problem with the workflow ?

Is there anything i am missing . please help me .

Hello,

How does it determine the agent for first-level approval?

It sounds like it is returning no agent so I would check the bindings there and run the procedure separately to see if it comes up with an agent when it has the same inputs.

Check the workflow log to make sure of what the inputs really are.

Hi I checked the workflow and when i see in the workflow log it first finds the boss and sends the mail then just a minute later it triggers new event showing now that activity is obsolete and now it is going to the second boss.So what problem i am getting i do not know as i have also checked the binding and it is right.Please help.

Hi,

Check if the deadline monitoring is actiavted for the task. If yes increase the duration for deadline handling.

thanks Rick and Gautam for your help now workflow is working properly but i am now getting a warning message swp 144 and it is also showing that personal number is locked but the workflow is working properly what can i do to remove this warning .

Hello,

Where do you see this warning? What is the exact text? Warnings aren't as bad as errors, you may be able to ignore.
