I have googled this and searched the forums but cannot find any information regarding the UI element tooltip hover delay configuration.
Is this configurable and if so, where?
example: mouse over an input field for a web dynpro app and the tooltip is displayed for ~7 seconds. I'd like to change that hover time to maybe 10 seconds.
