Threshold ranges via script

Hi,

is it somehow possible to set the threshold ranges via script? I want to use it for a dynamic threshold that changes every day like daily orders for a actual/target comparison in a Bullet point Chart. The 0 and 100 will always be fix but the 42 should be the "target" and is dynamic each day. I want to use it in a Bullet point Chart, there is no excuse - therefore I need a Threshold.

Any ideas?
