  1. Can i3S Cloud ALM be connected to a customer environment?
  2. If yes, does it cost i3S extra? Meaning, if I connect multiple clients´environments to my Cloud ALM, does it imply extra licensing or consumption for i3S?
  3. In order to connect our Cloud ALM to any on premise system, is only via SAP Solution Manager’s Focused Run or do we have any other connection options?

  1. Following SAP products are supported for connection with Cloud ALM, including S/4HANA and Business Suite 7 or NetWeaver Application Server for ABAP:
    Setup Managed Components
  2. There is no charge for connecting any system that is in the customer's landscape, and if a system has multiple clients they can be connected too.
  3. SAP Cloud ALM does not require SAP Solution Manager or SAP Focused Run as a prerequisite. Connectivity is provided via standard SAP Cloud ALM integration options depending on the system type and scenario:
