It’s in the language specific syntax colouring options, not sure it it was under general or project specific settings (no system in front of me). Window > settings
Or
Project > settings
There are threee places in eclipse to configure look and feel, which is why I gave up on customising mine beyond the defaults, but I do usually switch these on.
