Suporte CrystalReport .netcoreapi version 3.1

Possuo uma api .netcore versão 3.1 e gostaria de retornar um report em pdf.

No momento de instanciar a classe ReportDocument Relatorio = new ReportDocument(), esta retornando o erro

"Message":"Could not load type 'System.Web.UI.ParseChildrenAttribute' from assembly 'System.Web, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a'.","ClassName":"TypeLoadException"

É possível utilizar crystalreport em dotnetcore api?

CR requires the full .NET Framework, we don't support .NET Core and no plans to due to CR is mostly COM.
