SUM 17 JAVA stack not open in browser

Hi All,

I installed SAP Netviewer 7.3 EHP1 java EP portal and going to upgrade sp01 to sp13 so I created stack file from solman

Now going to start SUM but getting error in chrome "Not Found Unable to locate the requested resource"

Mozilla page not display and same in IE11

I had sap hostagent 7.21 sp10 then upgrade to sp17 still having same issue means software update manager initial page not come

user name and password coming after that java stack not open

If anyone encountered this kind of error please help and advise.

Hi Santosh,

Can you share the command used to start the SUM tool and the URL used for calling the SDT GUI.

Also can you check if sapup process is started after you start SUM.

Yes SAPup process is running also I kill SAPup restart still same issue
