STMS configuration error

I am facing INVALID_LOCAL_CONF error when I am trying to connect my system to domain controller.  I could able to configure this system as domain controller locally, but when I try to connect to my Production server which is my domain controller I am facing the issue.Can someone please let me know what might be the reason for this? Below screenshot for reference.

Hi,

As your screenshot shows TMS not configured.Have you followed standard steps to configure TMS with transactions SE06  & STMS.Please confirm us.
