Stack Overflow Error

Hi everyone,

In our Production environment, we have a CE instance which is federated into our EP instance. EP is the consumer, CE is the provider. We have roles in CE which I'm trying to access via EP. I can see them in the PCD from EP (under content providers) but when searching in user management from EP, I get a red warning message "An error occurred; contact your system administrator". No remote roles from CE are displayed.

If accessing via CE, the roles can be assigned to users in user management. All the federation settings look fine. It appears to be a problem with remote role federation from CE to EP only??

The default trace from EP doesn't help me too much - it says "Error calculating entity table" and the 'caused by' line in the trace says:

Caused by: java.lang.StackOverflowError

Our BASIS team and SAP are communicating via OSS but struggling to get it to work. Any ideas experts?

Hi,

please also copy paste couple of further lines what you can see right under the StackOverFlowError. It may be helpful if we can see at least some lines of the call stack. StackOverFlow is too abstract (like NullpointerException) we need to see details.
