SQL error: Table 'ISYSLDAPSERVER' not found

Hello! We have a client DB that is reporting a missing system table when we attempt a rebuild/upgrade from sybase 16 to 17.

I have not been able to identify any ways of restoring this system table, hoping for some advice from someone who has seen any similar issues.
