SQL Anywhere 17 Installation

Hi Everyone.

Can anyone provide a detailed installation guide of SQL Anywhere 17 and Mobilink 17 for a Windows Server 16? I can't seem to find any documentation regarding this.

I found the following information.

According to this information, SQL Anywhere 17 is not supported on Windows Server 2019 at this time.
