Sorting/Filtering on Name

I have names and initials in a table. I need to sort the data based on buttons, explained below

On another note, I am assuming that the names you included in the table (picture) are artificial names. If this shouldn't be the case, you can revise your question by selecting Actions, then Edit (although once someone answers your question, you'll lose the ability to edit the question -- but if that happens, you can leave more details in a comment).
