Hi ,
We are having Webdynpro Java application running on Portal framework version 7.01 SP9. And recently we have upgrade our workplace to Windows 7 with IE 9 as setup. But now on this platform, the Webdynpro java application is giving error:
"Sorry, your browser/program is not supported by Web Dynpro"
This issue gets resolved by going into IE -- Tools -- compatibility view settings -- (check box) display all web settings in compatibility view.
But here end-user are findling difficult to make these change.
So, I request is there any configuration to be done to make IE 9 compatible to Portal 7.01 framework.
Regards,
Hanif

Hi Hanif,
as you mentioned changing compatibility view rectifies the issue, and its easy to maintain. Still if end user finding difficulty, ask your end user to do this.
Open Internet explorer, press F12, in menu Document Mode: IE9 standards --> click it and select internet explorer 7 standards.
