Solution Manager ITSM Layout

Hi Experts.

I need to change Solman 7.2 ITSM default Layout (Blue Crystal) for Signature Design.

I know how to do it by session but I have a lot of users and I would like to set this for all users at once.

Any clue?

Hello Jorge,

You can change the Skin in the Technical Profile assigned to the Business role. In that way you can default it for all users assigned with this Business role.

Hi.

Issue is solved.

SPRO -->Customer Relationship Management -->UI Framework Definition -->Skins and Icons --> Define skins.

Then I added NOVA at the top of the list.
