Generally, you need to create a solution in tr SOLADM, maintain logical component groups, assign tech systems, branches. Just open this tr and look at available options. Then open required branch, not productive, and create structure elements of the solution like business processes, scenarios, process steps as per your requirements. See the wiki for details.
