Solman Java stuck at AS Java is starting

I need some help about my Solman. I have an issue since few days. The ABAP and JAVA instance are up in the sap MMC console :

But when I want to access of the java interface I have this screen :

Someone can help me ?

Hi Johan.

1. If possible restart the full system and check the Java page.

2. At Os level have you enable the Firewall or UAC?

3. Have to you check the different browser?

4. Check the SAP Note which already mention in the error page (Notes 943498 & 764417)

I already restart the full system and same thing.

I test with firewall disable and UAC disable same thing

Différent browser same thing

I already check note but nothing about my problem
