Software Provisioning Manager Issue

Dear Experts,

We have tried to run SAP Software Provisioning Manager 1.0 SP 05  to take export of NW 7.02 system in Windows 2003 R2 but we are unable to launch sapinst/sapinst GUI in the server. Please find attached screenshot below.  we are facing discrepancies in accessesing the earlier raised thread hence we have created a new thread.

1. Restart the system and then try again.

2. Windows 2003 update the latest service pack & windows updates
