SOFFCONT1 Table Cleanup

The SOFFCONT1 table in our system has grown significantly and is consuming a large amount of database space.

We would like to confirm the SAP-recommended approach for reducing the table size and deleting obsolete entries.

SOFFCONT1 stores the binary content of SAPoffice documents (emails, attachments, workflow documents).
The primary SAP reference for this topic is SAP KBA 1634908 – "Reduce the number of entries from table SOFFCONT1".

Did you review the archive objects that could clear table SOFFCONT1 using transaction AOBJ?
