Sujeet,
Details about how to configure the SLD connection in your AS Java system can be found in my blog NetWeaver 7.4 SR2 Java Basic Configuration, specifically in the section for SLD Data Supplier Connection.
You are going to create the new destinations; they won't necessarily already be there for a new installation.
I also don't really recommend using the built-in SLD in your Solution Manager system; I recommend using a standalone SLD, for various reasons. I wrote about this in another, older, blog, SLD Migration and gw/acl_mode. Of course, you certainly can use the SolMan SLD, but there are some advantages to separating this out. Even if you don't choose to do this, you'll find a number of links to Notes, online documentation, and other blogs related to SLD configuration and administration from there.
Cheers,
Matt

Hi Sujeet,
Login to JAVA NWA. Then Configuration -> Infrastructure -> Destinations. Here you have to change SLD_Client and SLD_DataSupplier .
Provide Solman url in Connection and Transport tab and valid user id and password in Logon tab. Then ping test.
After that, goto Configuration -> Infrastructure ->SLD Data Supplier Configuration and click Collect and Send Data button.
After some time check in Solman SLD.
