Simulating Barcodescan functionality on browser

Hi,

I have a SAPUI5 application which has the functionality to scan barcodes. This app is accessed by Zebra hand-held device. Now if I make any changes to the barcode scan functionality, how can I debug the app on the browser,.. may I know how I can simulate this ? In developer tools I tried to simulate it to mobile mode but then mobile mode simulation is not same as the hand-held zebra device.

The question is not about debugging SAPUI5 application. Its is about how to debug a barcode scan listener event on a browser using F12. Simulating it to mobile device on the browser (F12) is not helping.
