Simulate workflow

Hi ,

How do I simulate a workflow. I have an already existing workflow inplace. I would like to see if it is getting triggered. Other than creating the events which trigger the workflow, is there any way to simulate a workflow.

I don't have the container values. I just want to see if the workflow is working or not.
