Hi,
I have created a time dependent InfoObject and loaded the data using flexible load. I dont see the SID table being created for this InfoObject. I mean I dont see the corresponding X table.
I was under the impression, whenever you load master data with attributes a SID table will automatically be created. Isn't this correct?
When will the SID table be created?
Thanks,
Ace

Hi,
Small doubt here -> are you loaded Master data or Trans. data?
Look the below details if you loaded Master data.
The SID table is generated when a characteristic is activated. With one exception :When a characteristic is defined as exclusively as an attribute. The SID keys are automatically generated by the system when master data is uploded.
We can always see SID table info. in the /BIC/S or /BI0/S table not in 'X' table. X table is only generated when atleast one time-independent attribute is defined as a Navigation attribute.
Hope this will be helpful.
Regards,
KS.

Hi,
Is it Display Attribute or Navigational Attribute?
Time Dependant Disp. Attr will be saved in Q Table.
Time Dependant Nav. Attr will be saved in Y Table.
all the best.

Hello Ace,
You are absolutely right, SIDs will be created whenever you load master data.

Hi
when ever you load master data definitely a sid table will be created...
please check with /BI0/Sxxx(xxx is your info object name).
Time dependant Attribute table is /BI0/Xxxx(xxx is your info object name).
Hope it helps
Thanks

Hi Ace Base,
Check for table /BIC/Y* for your custom created info objects.
Time dependent attributes SID's are stored in X or Y tables.
Hope that helps.
