SICF service - error code 404

When I am trying to test the service iin SICF it prompt the following error, but the service already acivated. Can anyone help me how to resolve this issue. Service already activated, but while testing I am having issue

What has happened?

URL http://<host>:8000/sap/bc/solman/defaultuser/graphic call was terminated because the corresponding service is not available.

Note

The termination occurred in system <SID> with error code 404 and for the reason No Extension Found.

The selected virtual host was 0 .

What can I do?

Please select a valid URL.

If you do not yet have a user ID, contact your system administrator.

ErrorCode:ICF-NF-http-c:010-u:CONTENTSERV-l:E-i:<hostname>_<SID>_00-v:0-s:404-r:NoExtensionFound

Hi Srinivas,

Have you tried to test this service in SICF ?

In SICF, right click on the service and click on test service and let us know the result.

Hi,

we are facing a similar issue. We created a custom address application for Trinidad ( copy of the US address application). I created an iview and page for the application. When i preview the iview i get the below error -

Service cannot be reached

What has happened?

URL http://host/sap.com/home_esstri~addr call was terminated because the corresponding service is not available.

Note

The termination occurred in system DV2 with error code 404 and for the reason Not found.

The selected virtual host was 0 .

What can I do?

Please select a valid URL.

If you do not yet have a user ID, contact your system administrator.

Note

The termination occurred in system PRD with error code 403 and for the reason Forbidden.

The selected virtual host was 0 .

What can I do?
