Sever Sent HTTP Status code 504 proxy time out

Dear all,

I am working on SAP BO 4.0 SP4,I am facing one major issue in webi reports.

I have developed one report a week ago,Now I am trying to modify the report,The report is throwing HTTP error.Please have a look at attachment.

The report is running based on some parameters,when I change parameter values the report is being keep refreshed,After some time it it throwing error like

""The Web Intelligence Java Report Panel cannot connect to the server. Close the report panel and try to connect again or see your BusinessObjects administrator."

After observing all these things I understood that report is not getting updated from data base.The default report output values are populating from cache.The values are not updating from data base.

If I create new report based on same universe,this new report is updating while changing the parameters without throwing any errors.

I am not able to figure out what exactly happening in the old report.I checked universe connection and universe,Everything is correctly working.

Can someone please help me out,How to solve this issue???

You need to enable End to End trace and review logs to see what the problem is.

Thanks for your reply,How could I Confirm the versions in Machine and Server are different.I am using Linux environment .Could you please guide me on this??

Your screen shot is not clear. You would have a problem with your JAVA on your machine or on the server.
