Server Intelligence Agent Database Problem

Hi All,

When i click properties on Server Intelligence Agent and go to tab "Configuration"  it gives me the followig message:

Failed to retrieve cluster name from the database. Reason: Business objects enterprise CMS: unable to connect to the CMS system database  "..."

ORA - 01017: Invalid Username/password logon denied.

how can i look at the password that has been set for this user in Business Objects?

You can't, it'll be a security violation if it was possible.

Basicaly, it looks like the Oracle user which was used to connect to CMSDB schema had it password changed. You need to talk to DBA.

actually i did. he said he didnt change anything. how can i set a new password then?

it is an Oracle user/password, so DBA will have to change it or tell you what happend to that DB.
