I have set up selective import for a landscape. We are able to select by change document now. Is there a way to configure selection by transport under change document?

Hi,

Regarding your concern, the answer is No. You cannot select the TR directly, but need to select the related document, this is by design.

And from document below, we don't recommend to use selective import strategy directly, due to reason:

"Selecting change documents individually can affect the transport request import sequence, because the import buffers of the follow-on systems are modified. If the transported change documentss are related to each other, or have interdependencies, we do not recomment that you import selectively."

If you still want to use it, kindly pay attention to above notes.

Or you could use Status-Dependent and Selective Import strategy as an alternative.
