SAPGUI 7 Timeout problem

Hi,

I am a new sap user. I found that SAP exit with error as in pic every 5:10 mins without using.

Please I need your help to increase time out.

I think I have a problem with router cause when I tried to use another router SAP timeout increased to be around 20 mins.

And when I tried again to connect 1st router SAP timeout returned again to 5 to 10 mins.
