Hi,

I am a new sap user. I found that SAP exit with error as in pic every 5:10 mins without using.

Please I need your help to increase time out.

Hello Mohamed,

This means that your SAP GUI lost the network connection to SAP.

Do you see a corresponding error at the SAP server (transaction SM21, the error would look similar to "connection to terminal lost")?

If yes, your network team needs to fix the network issue.
