Where to you see this message? Is it a shortdump, or a message in SAP GUI?

Can you provide a screenshot (or the shortdump exported as a text file)? You can anonimyze sensitive information (like usernames, server names, ...).

Hello Wens,

Check the system log (transaction SM21) to verify whether any entries are created when the issue happens / is simulated.

This seems a basis issue, possibly the server itself running out of memory. We would need more details from the SAP server (SM21, trace files, profiles, hardware information from the SAP server) to analyze why that is happening.
