SAP SM02 message users setting

Messages set in SM02 are seen once a day when logging in.
Can I make this invisible with user settings?
I want to make it invisible only to certain users

Hello,

as described in the SAP Online Help Creating and Sending System Messages when creating a message in SM02 "This will now be displayed to every user working in the system"
Only if you use the "Language" field then "only the users that are logged on in that language see the message"
