However during the installation in Provisioning Manager when Java engine is starting I get an error. I tried the installation many times, Upgrade SAP kernel after the error, changing the /etc/hosts file like in the note 1713021 but the error is still the same:

Dear Michal,

According to the exception and the description of the scenario,  note 2311562 seems to be applicable.

Please check and advise if applying the note solved your problem.

2311562 - Nzdm Service fails to start due to failure of creation of DataSources or Aliases

Dear Emoke,

thank you fo quick and helpful answer. The scenario error seems be the same as mine.

Do you know which components should be upgraded? only ENGINEAPI?

Which tool should I use? SUM didnt work because Java engine must be running and its not going up.

Thanks

Michal

Dear Michal,

You need to make sure, that you check for dependencies. I took a quick look at the ?arketplace and ENGINEAPI has the below dependencies:

- J2EE ENGINE FRAMEWORK

- J2EE ENGINE SERVERCORE

- NW DEVELOPER STUDIO

and also it is recommended to patch the below components together:

SERVERCORE

ENGINEAPI

J2EEFRMW

CORETOOLS

The easiest way to check it is to go to the Marketplace, navigate to SAP NETWEAVER >> SAP NETWEAVER 7.5 >> APPLICATION SERVER JAVA >> ENGINEAPI 7.50.

Locate the patch, that is released for the same SP level your environment is currently on and that fulfills the one detailed in the provided note and click on the icon in the Related Info column. If the patch has any dependencies, they are listed in SCA Dependency section.

Please note, that it is possible, that the dependent SCAs has other dependencies as well.

Since your AS Java is down, you can follow the below procedure and use the batchdeployer to deploy these files:

1. Download all the necessary SCAs from the Marketplace

2. Create a list about all the files above in a text file like deployList.txt:

/<path to the file location>/SERVERCORxx.SCA

...

/<path to the file location>/CORETOOLSyy.SCA

3. Save the deployList.txt in the ../j2ee/cluster/bootstrap/scripts directory.

4. Then go to this directory and execute:

batchdeployer.csh list deployList.txt

(You might need to execute batchdeployer.sh instead of .csh depending on the shell.)

If something goes wrong please send me these logs from the work directory:

jvm_recoverer.* std_recoverer.*

Dear Emoke,

I follow your instrction SAP NETWEAVER >> SAP NETWEAVER 7.5 >> APPLICATION SERVER JAVA >> ENGINEAPI 7.50 .under  the ENGINEAPI 7.50.there are packages with different version.may I have to download all of them and relate SCAs?
