Good Morning SAP Guru's-

Was wondering where I could find some documentation on navigating through SAP including layout, navigation and personalization. I know this is basic and I have a book from my SAP training 8 yrs ago. I have a client that wants me to train but rather than re-type this, is this online anywhere? This client has a CCC therefore no OSS and funny enough, they have nothing.

Thank you for your help but just to clarify-

I am trying to write procedures on how to navigate in SAP, menu paths, etc. How to view under customer open items, master data and how to create new sessions etc. Very basic. My users have never used SAP.

So I am trying to maximize time without manually re-typing a procedure that I got from my training manual from SAP America, I was wondering if anyone has an electronic copy in word doc so that I could make additions, etc.
