SAP LDAP - User password attribute issue

Hi Experts,

We have developed a program to sync AD with SAP HR data. We configured LDAP and the program working fine from SAP to update AD profiles with HR Master data/actions..etc. This interface creates profiles and updates AD profiles.

We have a requirement to setup an initial password at the time profile creation in AD.

We configured userPassword attribute in LDAPMAP and tried to send a random password but it is not working. I am using function module "SPLDAP_RECEIVE_ATTRIBUTES" to perform the AD operation. Please suggest.
