SAP GUI error broken

after a clean installation I cannot connect to my server via SAP GUI 7.4 installed on the appserver Netweaver 7.5 this is the message from SAP GUI

Do you have entries maintained for dispatcher, message server and gateway in services file present at C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
