SAP folder missing in Add New Server Runtime Environment

When setting up New Server Runtime Environment in Eclipse Mars and also Eclipse Luna, SAP folder with server options is missing. Does this relates to operating system? I use MS WINDOWS 10.

Problem is Windows 10, as I thought. I had to reinstall to Windows 8.1 and SAP folder appeared among servers for setting up New Server Runtime Environment.

This information should be mentioned in documentation for SAP HANA Cloud Platform.

We have axactly the same problem on Windows 7 sp1 (64 bit)

I have installed Eclipse Kepler Version: Kepler Service Release 2

and followed closely the HCP online tutorials here

In the workspace/metadata/log file there is nothing except git config warnings.

Have you any idea?
