SAP CX extract data to Datasphere

Hello Experts,

is it possible to extract data from SAP CX to Datasphere ?

Which are the integration options?

is it an Odata generic source or there is a special connector or it need an external service to push data to Datasphere?

Hi Alberto,

There is no direct Supported Connection Type for SAP CX (Customer Experience) in SAP Datasphere As you mentioned you can use Generic OData Connections as SAP CX seems to have a quite number of OData APIs: SAP Customer Experience APIs.
