Hi SAP ,

we are working on solution documentation in SAP Cloud ALM, but having few questions.

1.where to see Documentation version history?

2.how add notes to documentation if document requires any corrections?

3.how to retrieve the previous version of document if present version of document is not required?

4.how to check documentation creation & changes history ?

5.how to add released documents to the transport in sap cloud ALM ?

I understand your questions are in regards to the "Documents" application in SAP Cloud ALM. Kindly understand that not all functionalities from "Solution Documentation" from SAP Solution Manager may necessarily be available or similar in SAP Cloud ALM.
