SAP BW spool overflow issue-data load failure

While extracting or loading data , we are facing error related spool overflow.

Hi Kishor,

As we discussed please refer below details it will solve your problem.

While extracting or loading data ,if we face error related spool overflow,than we need to check entries of spool requests in se11-> TSP01 table(spool requests are full in table).

Solutions:-

• 1)T-CODE -> SPRO
• Enter Object -> SPO_NUM

• Click -> Interval Editing
• Click -> Display Intervals and check From No. To Number

As per our requirements , we can set spool table (TSP01) ranges.

To Number minimum 32,000 to maximum 9,99,999.

It means TSP01 table can store maximum spool requests ,which is set To Number in SPO_NUM.

• 2) Schedule Program -> RSPO1041 or RSPO0041
• We can frequently schedule above program as per require to delete old spool entries from TSP01 table.
