SAP Build apps Visual cloud function: Create record - Network Error

Hello Experts,

I am using SAP Build apps sandbox.

In the backend project, I have created an entity "customer" and I have deployed it successfully.

In the frontend project, I tried to create the customer record using create record logic by bounding the customer entity. I have integrated the customer entity in the data section as a visual cloud function and enabled it.

When I start the application and try to create a customer record. I get "network error" error message with "unknown" code error.

The same logic works fine in the "on-device storage" customer data entity.

Can anyone suggest a way to rectify this "network error" issue while creating a record in Visual cloud function.

Is this in web preview, mobile preview, or a deployed app?

I have replicated your situation and have been able to create records. I created a Customer entity with name and age and deployed. I created integration to that entity. I created data variable (not really necessary), and a button that when clicked does CREATE RECORD with name and age to the customer data resource.

On mobile it does not work, since this is not supported.

I have not tried on deployed mobile app (though is this possible on the sandbox?)

Thank you for checking it. I was able to create records in the web preview. The issue is with mobile app, I didn't know that it wasn't supported. I tried this in the sandbox also, Still couldn't create the records and getting the same error. Seems like the sandbox doesn't support it either.
