Seeking general input on SAP-centric automation solutions that have worked fairly well for organizations thus far. I've explored the following solutions in the past with the following potential pitfalls. Do folks have differing feedback on the below or a totally different tool that has worked really well for them?
1) TAO: I am hearing newer versions of SolMan will no longer support TAO.
2) Worksoft: great for E2E automation with non-SAP systems. However, cost prohibitive?
3) eCATT: some level of coding necessary; strictly restricted to the SAP landscape. Not sure if it works for systems like SAP CRM and other SAP components apart from ERP.
