SAP Analysis for EXCEL - Display Null Data

Hello,

In SAP analysis office (Excel)

Detail:

DataSource: Infocube xxx (Not Query)

Table: Crosstab Style (Product type in row / Month in column)

Measure: Quantity (Unit)

SAP Analysis office: version 2.5.300.76689

Excel: Office 365 Version 1901

Problem:

If i have A-Z product type (26 Product). It show only product type that have a value (Not null)

Any suggest for display all product type although they are null ?

In query designer choose mode 'Values in Master Data Table' in characteristics properties. Also check note "1565809 - Settings for BW query F4 help".

Thank you sir! but It doesn't work for me. I can't using in Bex Query. It's a infocube not query.
