Same custom field used in different persistent structure making DDIC activation issue

Experts, we are having an DDIC activation issue while upgrading the system to S/4Hana 2020.
In existing S/4Hana system(1809), same custom field (e.g. ZZ_FIELDNAME) is part of both persistent structures EBAN_INCL_EEW_PS (Business Context: Purchase Requisition) and EKPO_INCL_EEW_PS( business context Purchasing document).
In existing S/4Hana version 1809, structure PRITEMFORGR contains only persistent structure EBAN_INCL_EEW_PS. But in S/4 2020, both the persistent structures EBAN_INCL_EEW_PS and EKPO_INCL_EEW_PS exist in structure PRITEMFORGR.
As a result, during upgrade, we are getting activation error that same field exists TWICE in structure PRITEMFORGR.

Will appreciate for any solution.

Please note that those custom fields are used in many places - custom codes, TCodes and Fiori apps.
