Hi Victor,

How can I address Error messages in Workload Analysis ?

You are receiving messages similar to this while browsing the Workload Analysis tabs:

  • Notification number BRAIN 278, BRAIN 277
  • "Web application processing terminated"
  • Error in template 0TPL_0SMD_MPEH_WA_Q0001

Note that the template name and BRAIN error code may vary.

In any case you must refer to SAP note 1342231 : ST: Manual actvtn. of BI Content for E2E diagnostics

1897001 - RCA has no data, no extractor is running and E2E EFWK Resource Manager jobs return "A prev...

Also, what is your SP level.

You may have to manually activate BI and infocubes in solman BI client.

Also check the respective SP level RCA template and reload the template ( template available in the respective notes)

1989380 - RCA template for Solution Manager 7.10 SP11


  • Go to Solution Manager administration work center,
  • Select the Infrastructure scenario on the left,
  • Click on the Content button and select the Root Cause analysis option.
  • On the tab "Stores", you can use the "browse" and "custom upload" buttons to upload the XMLs.
  • Next time the extractors will run, they will use those new templates and collect the expected data.
