Retrive data from archived source table

I am trying to get the FI data using the DART tool but I am facing an issue.

In DART I am getting only 16 lines from TXW_FI_HD and TXW_FI_POS for the year 2020, period 01 and this result is incorrect compared with the results I am getting from t-code FBL3N.

When I run the t-code FBL3N for the same period it's showing a pop-up saying that 122 documents have been archived but the result is listing a total of 136 documents - and this total is the one I expect to see in DART.

Looking at the tables BSEG and BKPF I also cannot see 136 documents and the IT folk told me that because some documents were been archived.

Is there a chance to retrieve these source data (BSEG and BKPF) and then run the DART to get the full result?

By reading some articles in SAP the best practice would be to run the DART before the source table gets archived in the active system but unfortunately, this has not happened here.

If you have already archived you won't get all of the needed DATA from the Archive.

You should look at the solution from PBS Software GmbH (CDART) Here you get everything you need for the DART Extracts

Hi Prasad, I've checked this note 2605342 but we are getting zero results in the retrieval table TXW_S_BKPF and TXW_S_BSEG.

I believe that the best option would be load back the archived data (source tables) in R3 and then create the DART extracts.
